Pheasant Potstickers
4 oz Pheasant1 teaspoon fresh garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pkg Gyoza skins
salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients. Lay gyoza skins out two at a time. Brush lightly with water. Place 1/2 oz pheasant mixture in center of gyoza and fold over into 1/2 moon shape. Sear in hot non-stick skillet with 1 oz of vegetable oil or bake at 450ยบ F for 4-6 minutes.
Potsticker Sauce
1 cup chili garlic sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
1/8 cup thai fish sauce
1/8 cup chopped cilantro
1/8 cup chopped ginger
Mix all ingredients and spoon over pot stickers
